In year 1996 a nazist piece of shit - born and raised in England - sued a historian because he believed the holocast never happened and she calked him out on his garbage. The English judicial system, instead of laughing at his face, decided to give him a day in court. In the English legal system in Defamation, the burden of proof is on the accused, therefore it was up to Lipstadt and her legal team to prove the essential truth that the Holocaust occurred.
I feel like banging my head against the wall by writing this. Needless to say he lost. For some reason he stood in court explaining how he taught his child the most racist song possible and then insisted that he wasn't racist and he shouldn't be called one and he should be compensated by people who though that he was. From what I read in wikipedia, he was declared bankrupt in 2002. Those trials are not cheap.
